Healing and Restoration Services Focus: to rebuilding those trapped in Domestic Violence situations, Addictions -  Equality & Dignity through strength based clinical programs "some two-week programs; i.e.  Single Mothers, Youth Corrections, Brave "this is me" - Catalytic Movement For Woman & girls, and Homelessness.

 

Along with Hope and empowerment, Inclusion & Mutuality curriculum programs; Counselling from a trauma informed care approach to combat PTSD triggers.

 

Healing elements with Mindfulness therapy & Meditation, and the Visual Arts! Our programs also entails STEPUP 2U fitness & Wellness training program!  compromised of a monthly health workshop and dynamic beginner fitness class! Students will explore bodyweight strength movements bare techniques, stretching, followed by a period of mindfulness!

Serving our neighborhoods also! With Brown bag Lunches for those that are hungry! NO NEED WILL GO UNNOTICED! YOU CRY WE CRY!
